Which humanoid robots can you actually get for your home today?

Two have reached buyers, two take orders, and seven are still announcements. Here’s how to read the labels.

As of October 28, 2026.

Three labels that mean very different things

Press releases make every home robot sound close. In my registry I sort them by one test: what an ordinary buyer could actually do today. Each status needs two independent sources 1.

Of the eleven models I track, two are delivering, two take preorders and seven are announced 1. “Announced” can mean years. LG, for example, says its CLOiD will leave the lab for real-world testing around 2027 and will set a launch date based on the results 10.

The two that have reached buyers

UBTech began delivering its UWORLD U1 on September 16, 2026 2. The first names on the list were Shanghai Yongda Group, Beijing Boshi Group and South Korea’s Galaxy Robot Park, all businesses, and the first units were giving tours and greeting visitors rather than living with a family. UBTech reported more than 13,361 orders, but its CFO said only about 1,500 to 2,000 can be delivered this year 3.

Noetix’s Bumi, a child-sized humanoid about 94 cm tall for education and companionship, went on limited presale in China through WeChat and JD.com 4. At the AWE expo on March 12, 2026, its founder formally delivered it into users’ hands 5. Noetix hasn’t said how many it has delivered 1.

The two you can reserve

1X takes a fully refundable $200 deposit for NEO and says US deliveries start in 2026 6. In April it said it had sold out its first year of production, more than 10,000 units, in five days, and that the first robots off the line were going to internal home testing 7.

Chery’s robotics arm, AiMOGA, opened worldwide preorders for Mobo, a 0.9-meter family companion 8, after an October 21 launch, without disclosing a price or a delivery schedule 9.

Before you put money down

None of this means waiting forever. It means knowing which of the three labels you’re looking at, and asking what happens to your money and your home if the promise slips.
